Customer Reviews & Ratings

"My 25 year old motor finally went out. I called Universal Garage Door in the afternoon and they were able to schedule for the next morning. The person I talked to was very accommodating. Jose, the tech, showed up a few minutes early and updated everything with new motor, spring, rollers, cables, sensor, and controls. Just what I needed and what a difference. Very quick, professional, and pleasant!"

"Very quick response, excellent customer service. Jose was knowledgeable and skilled. He showed up on time as was completely prepared to manage and service our broken spring, as well as other service issues that we needed on our 24 year old doors. Complete, knowledgeable and competent service as well as timely made it well worth it. We would highly recommend Universal Door Services and especially Jose!!"

"I was lucky to get a same day garage door repair after the spring and cables broke from age. Jose, the repairman, was friendly and informative about the process of repair and the workings of the door and opener system. We're grateful to be able to open our garage door again. I didn't compare pricing, but the cost seemed fair. I would use them again."

"Universal is the best garage door service company in town! Starting with Dave and everyone else in the front office to the tech Tony, who installed our new garage door, the process couldn't have gone any better. Prices were great, product is high-quality, and the install was clean and smooth. Tony showed up exactly when he said he was going to, installed the garage door quickly and professionally, and cleaned up after himself. Thank you everyone at Universal for an amazing experience."

"I couldn't be happier with the help and service I received when getting a new garage door. Cory (our tech/sales) went above and beyond to help us make the right choice of style and color, and even helped coordinate an install around a challenging travel schedule we had. I was impressed and have referred them to my neighbors and will continue to use them. 5 stars."

"SOOO appreciative that Cory was willing to come out early in the morning to accommodate my work schedule. My garage door was opening but not closing. Problem was solved in under 45 minutes. Thank you for your prompt and thorough service Cory!"
