What Can MyQ Do for You?
When you get myQ technology, you can use the myQ Control App to open and close your garage, open or close your gate, or even control the lights that are on in your home. With an internet connection, use either the app or the website to log in to your account and make any changes you want.
Currently, the myQ Garage or myQ Smart Garage Hub are not compatible with any Chamberlain-manufactured unit with a 433 MHz frequency. Incompatible units include LiftMaster, Chamberlain, and Craftsman. However, pairing any of these units will a myQ Door Control will allow users to connect to myQ garage, Smart Garage Hub, or an Internet Gateway to have control via the myQ smartphone app.

How does in-garage delivery work?
When your package is due to be delivered, you will get a notification that shows you a 4-hour delivery window for when to expect your package. The next notification you’ll see is to let you know that your package is “Arriving Now” right before a driver gets there. If your In-Garage Kit includes an Amazon Cloud Cam, you can even see the delivery as it happens.
With the Amazon handheld delivery device, the driver will send a request to open your door or gate, and Amazon does the rest! They verify the package for your address, activates Cloud Cam, and opens the door. The driver won’t have any keys or codes, but they can put the package safely inside the garage door. To make sure your shipment is safe, the driver will wait to make their next delivery until the garage door is closed. With that, you’ll get your final notification that the delivery has been completed, and you can even watch a video clip of the whole delivery.
